Ingredients
1 large green cabbage
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet
2. Trim cabbage and slice into thick steaks
3. Arrange steaks on baking sheet
4. Brush both sides with olive oil
5. Season evenly with spices
6. Roast 20 minutes flipping halfway
7. Sprinkle parmesan over cabbage
8. Roast 10 to 15 minutes until golden
9. Garnish and serve hot
