Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
2. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
3. Spread in single layer on baking sheet
4. Roast 15–20 minutes, tossing halfway
5. Sprinkle with lemon zest or Parmesan if desired
6. Serve immediately
