Oven Baked Shrimp and Spinach Gratin is a creamy, cheesy seafood casserole with tender shrimp and fresh spinach, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Sauté shrimp until just cooked and set aside
3. Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted
4. Make roux with butter and flour
5. Whisk in milk to make béchamel, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg
6. Combine shrimp, spinach, and sauce in baking dish
7. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella, sprinkle paprika
8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden
9. Serve warm
