Description

Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Wash and peel potatoes; cut into 1/4-inch fries.
3. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, drain, and pat dry.
4. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
5. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Sprinkle rosemary and parsley before serving.
Notes
Soak potatoes longer for extra crispiness.
Use sweet potatoes for a sweet alternative.
Add parmesan or paprika before baking for flavor.
Serve with dips like aioli or ketchup.
Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for even baking.
