Description

Creamy, citrusy orange creamsicle truffles perfect for parties, desserts, or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 orange

1/2 teaspoon orange extract (optional)

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for coating

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

2. Stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange extract if using.

3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.

4. Use a small cookie scoop or teaspoon to portion out the mixture and roll into balls.

5. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat evenly.

6. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add finely chopped nuts to the mixture for crunch.

Dip truffles in melted chocolate for an extra decadent version.

Substitute powdered sugar with cocoa powder for a chocolate-orange variation.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Use mini silicone molds for uniform truffle shapes.
