Ingredients

¾ cup unsalted butter softened

½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup orange juice
Zest of 2 large oranges
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese softened
½ cup unsalted butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Orange zest or candied slices optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare pans
2. Whisk dry ingredients
3. Beat butter and sugar
4. Add eggs one at a time
5. Stir in yogurt orange juice zest and vanilla
6. Fold in dry ingredients
7. Divide batter and bake 25-30 minutes
8. Cool completely
9. Prepare frosting and assemble cake
