Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
24 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup fresh orange juice
Zest of 2 oranges
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup orange marmalade optional
Extra orange zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare and bake crust
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar
3. Add eggs one at a time
4. Mix in sour cream orange juice zest and vanilla
5. Pour over crust
6. Bake 50-60 minutes
7. Cool in oven for 1 hour
8. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
9. Add glaze and garnish if desired
