Rich, fudgy One Bowl Brownies made in minutes with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare pan.
2. Mix melted butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Sift in dry ingredients and fold.
5. Add chocolate chips or nuts.
6. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes.
8. Cool and cut into squares.
Notes
Do not overmix.
Use high-quality cocoa.
Add espresso powder for richer flavor.
Store in airtight container.
