Description
No-bake strawberry pie with creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crust. Quick and easy summer dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced, plus extra for topping
Instructions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pie dish and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
4. Add diced strawberries and mix.
5. Pour filling into crust and smooth top.
6. Chill at least 2 hours.
7. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
Use pre-made crust for faster prep.
Substitute with other berries.
Add lemon zest for flavor.
Freeze not recommended.
