Description

Mini Cheeseball Bites are creamy, flavorful, and perfect for parties or casual snacking. Bite-sized and customizable with different coatings, they’re quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives

Optional: bacon bits, paprika, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

2. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

3. Prepare coatings in separate shallow bowls: nuts, parsley, or other desired seasonings.

4. Roll each mini cheeseball in the coating until fully covered.

5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

6. Arrange on a platter with crackers, pretzels, or sliced vegetables and serve.

Notes

Try different cheeses like pepper jack or smoked gouda for variety.

Add spices like cayenne, smoked paprika, or dried herbs for flavor.

Prepare ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Use seeds or crushed crackers instead of nuts for nut-free option.
