Description
Marshmallow Rice Krispies are crispy, gooey, and sweet — a classic no-bake treat that’s perfect for kids’ parties, holidays, or an easy snack anytime.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
2. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract if using.
4. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until evenly coated with marshmallow mixture.
5. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan using a spatula.
6. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
Do not refrigerate — this may harden the marshmallows.
Add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or mini M&Ms for variation.
