Description

Mandarin Orange Fluff Salad is a creamy no-bake dessert made with mandarin oranges, pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges drained

1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple drained

1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

8 oz whipped topping

2 cups mini marshmallows

1/2 cup shredded coconut optional


Instructions

1. Combine drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple in large bowl.

2. Sprinkle pudding mix over fruit and stir gently.

3. Fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

4. Add mini marshmallows and coconut if using.

5. Stir gently until combined.

6. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

7. Serve chilled.

Notes

Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.

Add maraschino cherries for color.

Substitute part of whipped topping with vanilla yogurt.

Chill overnight for stronger flavor.

Garnish with extra mandarin oranges.
