Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup whipped topping
1 ½ cups whipped topping for garnish
Fresh lemon slices or zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
3. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish
4. Bake crust 8–10 minutes and cool completely
5. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick
6. Mix in condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest
7. Fold in whipped topping
8. Spread filling into cooled crust
9. Refrigerate pie 3–4 hours until set
10. Top with whipped topping and garnish before serving

Chill pie overnight for best texture
