Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9×9-inch pan

3. Bake crust 8 minutes, cool

4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth

5. Add eggs, then sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla

6. Fold in blueberries gently

7. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly

8. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges set

9. Cool completely, refrigerate 2 hours, slice into bars
