Description

Lemon Artichoke Dip combines tender artichokes, creamy cheese, garlic, and bright lemon for a smooth and crowd-pleasing appetizer. It bakes until warm and lightly golden for the perfect party dip.


Ingredients

1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.

2. Mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.

4. Fold in chopped artichokes.

5. Spread into baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

6. Serve warm.

Notes

Drain artichokes thoroughly.

Prepare ahead and refrigerate before baking.

Broil briefly for extra golden top.
