Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
3 eggs
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: whipped cream and extra lime zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and line pan
2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan
3. Bake crust 8-10 minutes
4. Whisk eggs sweetened condensed milk lime juice zest and vanilla
5. Pour filling over crust
6. Bake 15-18 minutes until set
7. Cool and refrigerate 2 hours
8. Slice into bars and top with whipped cream and lime zest
