Description

Creamy jalapeño popper dip baked until bubbly with melted cheese and a mild spicy kick. Perfect warm party appetizer.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños, seeds removed

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.

2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in cheeses, jalapeños, and seasonings.

4. Spread mixture into baking dish.

5. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Remove seeds for less heat.

Use pepper jack for extra spice.

Serve warm with chips or crackers.

Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
