Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Mix in cheeses.
3. Add jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings.
4. Shape into a ball.
5. Roll in cheese and onions.
6. Chill before serving.
Notes
Adjust jalapeños for desired heat.

Serve slightly softened for best texture.
