Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional garnish: whipped cream or fresh berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare pie crust.
2. Whisk honey, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
4. Stir in cream, vanilla, and salt.
5. Pour filling into crust.
6. Bake 45-50 minutes until center is just set.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use mild or dark honey depending on desired flavor.
Cover crust edges if browning too quickly.
Chill before serving for best texture.
