Ingredients

4 cups frozen corn (or 3 cups fresh corn kernels)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup honey

¼ cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs, lightly beaten

Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, milk, salt, and pepper.

3. Add eggs and whisk until fully incorporated.

4. Mix in corn, flour, and baking powder until evenly combined.

5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

6. Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.

8. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drizzle extra honey on top for sweetness.
