Homemade Pistachio Butter is a creamy, rich spread made from blended roasted pistachios.
Ingredients
Shelled pistachios
Neutral oil
Salt
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Roast pistachios
2. Add pistachios to food processor
3. Blend until smooth
4. Add oil as needed
5. Season and blend again
6. Store in jar
Notes
Blend longer for smoother butter.
Stir before use if separation occurs.
Store refrigerated.
