Description

Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

2 tablespoons molasses

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish


Instructions

1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso and set aside.

2. In a small saucepan, combine milk, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
