Description

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1½ cups breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry.

2. Mix flour and seasonings.

3. Whisk eggs and milk.

4. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese.

5. Coat chicken in flour.

6. Dip in egg mixture.

7. Coat with breadcrumbs.

8. Heat oil in skillet.

9. Fry nuggets until golden.

10. Drain on paper towels.
