Description

Homemade 3 Ingredient Bagels are soft, chewy, and easy to make. No yeast or long proofing time required, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1 teaspoon baking powder

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.

3. Divide dough into 4–6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.

4. Flatten each ball slightly and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.

5. Place shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with optional toppings.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing or serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Freeze baked bagels for up to 1 month.
