Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Combine broccoli, carrots, onion, sunflower seeds, and cranberries
2. Whisk together yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper
3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture
4. Toss to coat evenly
5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes
6. Serve chilled
