Ingredients

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup milk

1/8 tsp black pepper

4 cups cooked green beans (fresh or canned)

1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions, divided


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Stir together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper.

3. Fold in cooked green beans and 2/3 cup fried onions.

4. Transfer to a casserole dish.

5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

6. Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top and bake 5-7 more minutes until golden.

Notes

Use fresh green beans for a fresher taste.
