Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine cooked green beans, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
4. Spoon the green bean mixture evenly into each shell.
