Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup granola
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
1. Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey if desired.
2. In serving glasses, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom.
3. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
4. Add a layer of fresh berries.
5. Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with yogurt and a few berries on top.
6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint leaves if using.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
