Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
For the Topping:
1/2 cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into pie pan, chill 10 minutes
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth
3. Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla, mix until creamy
4. Fold in whipped cream gently
5. Optional: add green food coloring
6. Spread filling over chilled crust
7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
8. Top with chocolate shavings before serving
