Ingredients

2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F if finishing steaks in oven.

2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.

3. Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side; finish in oven if desired.

4. Remove steaks and let rest.

5. Melt butter in skillet and cook shrimp with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

6. Prepare garlic butter sauce with butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.

7. Plate steaks, top with shrimp, and drizzle sauce.

8. Serve immediately.
