Description

Gooey Brownie Pie is a rich chocolate dessert with a fudgy center and slightly crisp edges, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Melt butter and cool slightly

3. Whisk butter and sugar

4. Beat in eggs and vanilla

5. Whisk dry ingredients separately

6. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture

7. Stir in chocolate chips

8. Pour into greased pie pan

9. Bake 30–35 minutes

10. Cool slightly before slicing

11. Serve warm or room temperature

Notes

Do not overbake for gooey center

Use quality cocoa and chocolate

Add espresso powder for depth

Mix in nuts or caramel for texture
