Ingredients

1 lb radishes, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Toss radishes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
3. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet
4. Roast 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway
5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
