Description
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes baked to perfection with olive oil, herbs, and cheese. The perfect easy side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut and dry potatoes.
3. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, paprika, and Parmesan.
4. Roast 35–40 minutes, turning halfway.
5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer. Freeze for up to 1 month.
