Description
Garlic Parmesan mushrooms are a quick and flavorful side dish with tender mushrooms sautéed in garlic and butter, finished with Parmesan and parsley.
Ingredients
1 lb cremini or white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a skillet
2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
3. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper
4. Cook 5–7 minutes until tender and browned
5. Sprinkle Parmesan and stir
6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley
7. Serve immediately
