Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are crispy, golden, and full of garlic flavor. Easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday meals.
Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
3. Place in mixing bowl.
4. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes; toss.
5. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Roast 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley.
8. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh, firm Brussels sprouts.
Add lemon juice for brightness.
Flip halfway through roasting.
Try smoked paprika for flavor.
Reheat in oven for best texture.
