Perfectly tender lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter, ideal for special occasions or a luxurious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Lobster tails (4–6)
Unsalted butter, melted
Garlic, minced
Lemon juice
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Cut top shell of lobster tails with kitchen shears to expose meat.
2. Lift meat over shell for presentation.
3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika.
4. Preheat oven to 425°F (or broiler on high, 6 inches from heat).
5. Brush lobster meat with garlic butter.
6. Bake 12–15 minutes, or broil 10–12 minutes, basting halfway.
7. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle parsley.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Grill option: Medium-high, 8–12 minutes.
Add cayenne or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
Prepare butter ahead and store refrigerated 2 days.
Optional: mix in white wine or thyme for depth.
