2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups crushed cornflakes

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish

2. Mix hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper

3. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish

4. Combine crushed cornflakes with melted butter

5. Sprinkle topping over potatoes

6. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly
