Description
Frozen S’mores are a no-bake layered dessert with chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream, and graham crackers. The perfect freezer-friendly summer treat.
Ingredients
1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
2 ½ cups whole milk
2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
12 graham crackers, broken in half (24 squares total)
5 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
7 oz marshmallow creme
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
2. Whisk pudding mix with milk. Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth.
3. Arrange half of the graham crackers in the bottom of the pan.
4. Spread chocolate pudding mixture evenly over graham layer. Chill 10 minutes.
5. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and salt.
6. Spread marshmallow layer over chocolate layer.
7. Top with remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
8. Lift with parchment and place on cutting board. Slice into 12 squares between crackers.
9. Let sit at room temp 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Freeze for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or zip bag.
Layer parchment between squares to prevent sticking.
Use a hot knife for clean slicing.
