Ingredients

2–3 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions
1. Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add sliced cabbage, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
5. Sauté until cabbage is tender and slightly browned, about 8–10 minutes.
6. Optional: stir in apple cider vinegar for tangy flavor.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
