Description

Fresh strawberry lemonade with sweet, ripe strawberries and tangy lemon juice. Refreshing and perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale

1 pound fresh strawberries hulled

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup honey or sugar

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and strawberries for garnish

Fresh mint leaves optional


Instructions

1. Blend strawberries with 1 cup cold water

2. Strain strawberry puree through sieve

3. Add lemon juice and sweetener, stir well

4. Add remaining water and mix

5. Taste and adjust sweetness

6. Add ice cubes to pitcher or glasses

7. Garnish with lemon, strawberries, and mint

8. Serve immediately or chill

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best flavor

Adjust sweetness as needed

Make fizzy by adding sparkling water
