Ingredients
12 large eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Salt to taste
Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water
2. Bring to a boil then rest covered for 10 minutes
3. Cool eggs in ice bath and peel
4. Slice eggs and remove yolks
5. Mash yolks until smooth
6. Mix in mayonnaise mustard and spices
7. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture
8. Top with everything bagel seasoning
9. Garnish and chill before serving
Notes
Add seasoning just before serving for best crunch
