Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup cooked ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large flour tortillas
Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl
2. Sauté onion and bell peppers in olive oil until soft
3. Add cooked ground beef and heat through
4. Pour in eggs and cook gently until softly set
5. Stir in shredded cheese until melted
6. Warm tortillas slightly
7. Fill tortillas with egg mixture
8. Roll tightly into burritos
