Description

Easy Frittata is a fluffy and versatile egg dish packed with vegetables, cheese, and optional protein, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or light dinner.


Ingredients

6 large eggs

¼ cup milk

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

½ cup cooked protein (optional, e.g., chicken, sausage, or bacon)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl

3. Sauté vegetables (and protein if using) in olive oil until tender

4. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and protein

5. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top

6. Cook on stovetop 2–3 minutes until edges set

7. Bake in oven 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden

8. Slice and serve warm
