Description
Cranberry Fluff Salad is a creamy, festive dessert salad filled with tart cranberries, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped cream—perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Rinse and chop cranberries in a food processor.
2. Mix cranberries with sugar and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Add drained pineapple, marshmallows, and vanilla extract.
4. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into mixture.
5. Add pecans if using.
6. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store up to 3 days refrigerated.
