Ingredients
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup mixed nuts (optional)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pickle juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. Combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and nuts in a large bowl.
3. Mix melted butter, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pickle juice in another bowl.
4. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss evenly.
5. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Cool completely before storing.
Notes
Adjust dill and pickle juice for taste.
Add extra crackers for crunch.
