Description

Dark Chocolate Rhubarb Brownies are fudgy chocolate brownies with a bright, tangy rhubarb twist, perfect for dessert, gifts, or indulgent treats.


Ingredients

8 ounces dark chocolate chopped

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped rhubarb

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional


Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare pan

2. Melt butter and chocolate together

3. Whisk in sugar

4. Beat in eggs and vanilla

5. Sift and fold in dry ingredients

6. Fold in rhubarb and nuts

7. Pour batter into pan

8. Bake 30-35 minutes
