Description

Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried dandelion root or dried dandelion leaves
2 cups water
Honey, optional
Lemon slices, optional
Instructions
1. Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan
2. Add the dried dandelion root or leaves
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
4. Remove from heat and strain into a cup
5. Add honey or lemon if desired and serve

Use roasted dandelion root for a deeper flavor
