Crockpot Crustless Pizza is a cheesy, easy, and hands-free meal packed with your favorite toppings. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup (100g) sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups (170g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups (360ml) pizza sauce
4 large eggs
½ cup (120ml) milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil
Instructions
1. If using meat, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
2. Add diced onion, garlic, and bell peppers; sauté 3–4 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
5. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
6. Spread the cooked meat and vegetables evenly in the crockpot.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and vegetables.
8. Add pizza sauce evenly on top.
9. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over everything.
10. Cover and cook on low for 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until eggs are fully set and cheese is melted.
11. Add optional toppings like olives, cherry tomatoes, or fresh basil before serving.
