Crock Pot Turkey Breast, juicy, tender, and flavorful. Perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners, this slow-cooked turkey breast is easy to prepare and pairs beautifully with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
4–5 lb turkey breast, skin-on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Optional: 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Pat turkey breast dry. Rub olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika over the turkey evenly.
2. Place onion, carrots, and celery in the bottom of the crock pot.
3. Place turkey breast on top of vegetables and pour chicken broth around it. Optional: Brush with melted butter for extra richness.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Remove turkey from crock pot and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
6. Slice turkey breast and serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or your favorite sides.
Notes
Brine turkey breast overnight for extra juiciness.
Use fresh herbs if preferred over dried.
Sear turkey in the oven for 10–15 minutes for crispy skin.
Leftover turkey can be frozen for sandwiches, soups, or salads.
