Description

Crock Pot Steak Bites, tender, juicy beef cubes slow-cooked in a savory garlic and herb sauce. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy meals with family.


Ingredients

2 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Optionally, sear the beef in olive oil over medium-high heat for extra flavor.

3. In a small bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Place steak cubes in the crock pot and pour sauce over. Toss to coat.

5. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until beef is tender.

6. Mix cornstarch and water, stir into crock pot 30 minutes before serving to thicken sauce.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Add vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions for more flavor.

Use ribeye or flank steak for richer taste.

Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.

Freeze fully cooked steak bites for up to 2 months.
